Products purchased directly from our store are non-returnable due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your book is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of the damage and your order details.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement copy at no additional cost. Refunds for books are only issued if a replacement is not available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
