- If your book is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of the damage and your order details.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement copy at no additional cost. Refunds for books are only issued if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
