Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Artan Trading. Please read the following carefully so you know exactly where you stand.
Returns
- Products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.
- Contact us immediately at sales@artanstore.com to request a cancellation.
