Artan Trading offers international shipping worldwide, subject to availability of courier services and destination country regulations. Some locations may be restricted due to customs regulations, carrier limitations, or local laws.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments to destinations where reliable delivery service is not available.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

International Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Remote or Restricted Areas: 14–30 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier network issues.

Shipping Rates & Charges

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are displayed clearly before order confirmation. Artan Trading does not offer refunds on shipping charges once an order has been dispatched.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes (VAT, GST, or similar)
  • Brokerage or clearance fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Artan Trading is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by unpaid customs fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Artan Trading is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned or lost due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect from the courier
  • Refusal to pay customs duties

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude original shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and order details for investigation

Artan Trading will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but liability is limited as per courier and insurance policies.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Artan Trading is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Political or regulatory restrictions
  • Courier service disruptions

Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or shipping refunds.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier. Artan Trading is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or size. Customers will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

Changes to Shipping Policy

Artan Trading reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
